简介：唐青青，8087金沙娱场城工商管理系讲师。西安交通大学工商管理博士。主要研究方向为企业国际化战略、企业创新。相关论文成果曾在International Business Research, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, 科学学与科学技术管理，研究与发展管理等国内外期刊发表。
Qingqing Tang, a lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, School of Management, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. Doctor of Business Administration, Xi 'an Jiaotong University. Her research interests include enterprise internationalization strategy and enterprise innovation. Her rlevant papers have been published in International Business Research, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Science and Technology Management, Research and Development Management and other domestic and foreign journals.
摘要：研发国际化与企业创新关系是企业家和国际商务学者共同关注的热点问题。近年来，双元视角的引入为我们进一步探究不同类型的研发国际化对企业创新驱动机制及效果带来了新的机会。我们聚焦于中国制造业企业，关注企业的双元研发国际化、所有权结构特征与创新绩效之间的关系研究，并通过实证分析，试图回答以下两个科学问题: (1)探索性和开发性研发国际化对企业创新的影响如何，二者有何差异? (2)母公司的所有权结构特征将如何调节这些影响?
The relationship between R&D internationalization and firm innovation is a hot issue among entrepreneurs and IB scholars. In recent years, an introduction of the dual perspective brings new opportunities to further exploring the mechanisms and impacts of different types of R&D internationalization on enterprise innovation. We focused on Chinese manufacturing enterprises, pay close attention to the relationships between dual R&D internationalization, enterprise ownership structure characteristics and firms’ innovation performance. Through empirical analysis, we attempt to answer the following two scientific questions: (1) How exploratory and exploitative R&D internationalization affect firm innovation, and what’s the difference between these two? (2) How will firms' ownership structural characteristics moderate these effects?
